The British Olympic Association has a range of education resources as well as lots of Olympic fun and games available. These are split into three areas, click on the links below to find out more:

The Chill Zone

Here you will find the Game Zone where you can take an Olympic Quiz and test your Olympic knowledge in the ‘Do you know your Olympians?’ game.

In the Olympic Stadium section you can:
Take a trip through the Team GB Hall of Fame.
Find out about the diet, nutrition, fitness, training and psychology information required to become an elite athlete
Find answers to ‘How To’ questions such as how to get involved in Olympic sports and the London 2012 Olympic Games.
Read stories from people working behind the scenes at the Olympics, including a referee, coach, journalist, judge, physio and nutritionist.
Play the ‘Dress the Mascot’ game.
