Lost out on bronze at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games by one point to Tim Cuddihy of Australia in the third place play off. He took up archery aged 9.

Once described in The Times as the 'Kevin Pietersen of archery' for his flamboyant character and approach to archery, Larry is looking forward to his second Olympic Games.

He qualified as an individual for Athens in 2004, and was the only British archer in the men's tournament - and after going through to the head-to-head rounds in 31st place, he then went all the way to the bronze medal match, and ultimately finished fourth.
