Bryony Shaw, British number one in the RS:X class became Great Britain’s first ever women’s windsurfing medallist when she won bronze at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

Shaw has recently won bronze medal at the European Championships in Isreal, and now has her sights set on winning gold at the World Championships in Weymouth later this summer.

Shaw first tried her hand at windsurfing in the South of France in 1992.
